For intricate scraping tasks, like removing adhesives and sticky soils from glass, the right tool is needed to prevent damaging the surface. This metal window scraper has a tough, plastic 9" lightweight handle for good dexterity, and comes with a snap-on protective cover for safety and to help keep the blade edge sharp longer and when stored. Blades are sharp on both edges so only need to be replaced half as often as standard razor blade style scrapers. When one side gets dull, simply remove the blade and re-insert with the other edge facing out. For best results when cleaning glass, keep the surface wet and only scrape forward (not side-to-side) to help prevent scratches.
